Review Procedure 审稿声明
The conference employs a rigorous, multi-stage review process to ensure the quality and integrity of all accepted papers.
1. Double-Blind Peer Review
All paper submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. This means that the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept anonymous to each other throughout the evaluation period to ensure impartiality and fairness.
2. Initial Screening & Plagiarism Check
Upon submission, each manuscript will be screened for format compliance and subjected to a plagiarism check using professional software. Submissions that fail to meet ethical standards, exhibit significant overlap with published works, or do not adhere to submission guidelines may be rejected without further review.
3. Technical Program Committee (TPC) Review
Manuscripts passing the initial screening will be assigned to members of the conference's Technical Program Committee (TPC) based on their expertise and the paper's topic area. Each paper will be reviewed by multiple committee members.
4. Evaluation Criteria
TPC members will evaluate submissions based on the following core criteria: Originality & Novelty; Technical Quality & Soundness; Significance & Advancement; Clarity & Presentation.
5. Decision & Notification
The final acceptance decision is based on the consensus of the TPC, integrating all review scores and comments. All decisions are final. Corresponding authors will be notified of the outcome along with anonymous reviewer feedback.
