Clarification of Registration Types 注册类别
* Accommodation is not included, participants shall book the room by themselves.
* Student and IEEE Member Registration: Applicants for student and IEEE Member rates must provide valid documentation (such as a student ID or enrollment certificate) verifying their current student status during registration.

Cancellation 退款政策
Substitution: If a registrant is unable to attend, a substitute from among the co-authors or the same institution may take their place, subject to prior arrangement with the conference registrar.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretary at peis_conference@vip.163.com. The following fees will apply based on the date of receipt:
- More than 90 days: Full refund minus a $30 USD processing fee
- 60 - 89 days: 70% refund of registration fee
- 30 - 59 days: 50% refund of registration fee
- Fewer than 30 days No refund
No-Show & Personal Reasons 会议缺席
- No-Show: Registrants who fail to attend the conference ("no-show") without prior notification are liable for 100% of the registration fee and will not receive a refund.
- Personal Reasons: The organizer cannot issue refunds or compensation for inability to attend due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to travel delays, visa denials, illness, or financial constraints.

- Please keep your personal belongings secure at all times.
- Disclaimer: The conference organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property of participants during the event.
Force Majeure 不可抗力
The organizer shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemic, or industrial action. Under such circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to modify the conference date, format, or venue. Participants are subject to the refund policy applicable at that time.
